How do I know that you've received my order? 

We'll send you an order confirmation as soon as we've received your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of placing the order, please reach out via live chat or email us at info@lozzasgifts.com.au

Where is my order being sent from?

Your order will be sent from one of our fulfilment locations situated across Australia.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Shop pay & Google Pay

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Will I be notified when my items have been dispatched?

Yes, we'll send you an email once your parcel has been dispatched.

What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If you haven't received your parcel within ten working days of ordering, please reach out via live chat or email info@lozzasgifts.com.au. 

Can I track my current order online?

If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, you can use the 'Consignment ID number' to track your order via the Australia Post website.

SHIPPING DETAILS & COSTS

Which shipping company will my order be shipped by?

We will use Australia Post to deliver your order as quick as possible. Your order confirmation will indicate via which company your order will be delivered by and give you a 'Consignment ID number'.

How much will shipping cost me?

We offer free standard home delivery for purchases over $60. Excludes large items. 

*We do not provide free shipping for postage costs exceeding $30.00. This is due to the higher postage expenses associated with remote areas, making it financially impractical for us to offer free shipping in such cases.How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We partner with quality global suppliers and aim to have your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping can take anywhere between 3 - 15 days depending on the supplier.  

Do you deliver to all parts of Australia?

Yes, we deliver to all parts of mainland Australia and Tasmania. If you are unsure about delivery to your area, please reach out via email info@lozzasgifts.com.au. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm AEST.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we deliver to mainland New Zealand

IF THERE'S A PROBLEM

What if I've received my order and it's damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please immediately email us at info@lozzasgifts.com.au.  Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 7.00pm AEST and Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm AEST.

The parcel that I've received is wrong. What should I do?
